I've heard about this man who holds the title of "World's Fittest Man" or something similar. I was led to believe that he is an ex 2 Para man. Is that correct?

Think he was ex 2 para aye. Read about him in one of the soldier magazines. Some of the stuff he can do like, thousands of pressups and situps, one handed pressups, etc. No pain!!!
